You will be dealing with online customers over the telephone and email providing the full range of pre and post-sales support, handling anything from sales enquiries to complaints. The role
  • First line for customer interface with the business.
  • Advising customers on a wide range of products.
  • Suggesting alternative products (out-of-stock items) and cross-selling additional accessories/products.
  • Receiving orders by telephone and online, agreeing specific requirements with customer; ensuring all delivery dates and service expectations are understood.
  • Inputting sales, logging all information on calls and maintaining detailed and accurate records.
  • Dealing with any customer complaints; analysing evidence and documentation to investigate complaints and make decisions based on client policy.
  • Actioning order returns and exchanges and following up until closed.
  • Ensuring that all administration is undertaken in a timely and accurate manner.
Skills/experience required
  • Articulate with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Able to use own initiative to confidently deal with any customer problems.

As a graphic designer you'll need to listen to senior management on requirement and understand the needs before making design decisions A graphic designer works on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual 'brand'.

You'll work to a brief agreed with the account manager and will develop creative ideas and concepts. The appropriate media and style must be chosen to meet the businesses objectives.

The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

  • You may need to manage more than one design brief at a time and typical activities include:
  • Meeting account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
  • Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
  • Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose;
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design;
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
  • Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to account managers;
  • Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies;
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;

Sales Executive
About the role

Responsible for selling New Way International voice/mobile data products and services to carrier/wholesale customers in the Europe. Focus on penetrating new customer organizations using existing contacts and establishing new ones. Grow and develop relationships with key decision makers within targeted accounts, targeted markets, and assigned territories.

Interface with employees throughout the company from individual contributors to senior executive management. Provide input, analysis, and comments as needed to ensure understanding of sales/market needs and activities.

External Interfaces with Customers/Clients/Vendor (Levels of interfaces, types of interaction)

Interface with customers on a frequent and regular basis to include senior executive level contacts. Principal face to the customer, representing the company to the client community

Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Responsible for the achievement of revenue targets for the assigned region/accounts. Assist in the development of sales plan to address the defined customer market to ensure New Way International is well positioned to win business. Act as the primary interface with customers on all sales related activity from opportunity identification to contract signature. Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, including but not limited to, proposal generation, contract negotiations, communication both internal and external of provisioning status, and assistance on customer issues after installation. Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to for opportunity reporting, proposal/quote development/delivery, contracting and ordering The employee must accomplish his activities while complying with the documented procedures currently in effect. Be sure to follow the rules regarding the segregation of duties for purchases and sales. Assist in definition of market demands for product enhancements and developments and provide tactical feedback regarding market trends and competitive intelligence.

About You
  • Accountability and influence on: company costs, investments, departmental operating costs, revenues, customers
  • Responsible for creating revenue to achieve targets while maximizing margin. Responsible for contributing to cost control efforts
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience in the wholesale is preferable but not required
  • Standard PC skills and use of Microsoft applications suite. Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and recommend new initiatives to improve business performance as needed

About the role

New Way International Ltd is a global distributor of brand new mobile phones, tablets, accessories and consumer electronic goods, require a Telesales Executive to join their busy team and assist Senior Management. The role holder will be responsible for developing sales strategies that would maximize company profits and proactively drive the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be innovative and forward thinking, with a high level of technical and analytical skills as well as previous Sales experience. This is a permanent position based in Feltham. We are offering a competitive salary and an element of flexibility with working hours.

Duties Will Include
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities to aid Company growth
  • Carry out telephone marketing in order to find possible clients for the business
  • Using online methods to create new data base of clients to check if contact details are correct as stated online
  • Call as customers in order to get the relevant information
  • Take sole responsibility for creating Company contact databases for advertising and marketing purposes, updating these on a regular basis
  • Prepare data analysis reports for Senior Management and Sales team
  • Find clients who will be related to the telecom sector
